2025 Beauty and the Beast Backstage Moms Quick Change Volunteers- Volunteers are responsible for being outside the stage doors or in the two older dancer changing rooms. It is frantic for about 2 minutes when the changes occur, and then it’s helpful waiting in between.Younger Company Dancers (Cafeteria)- Volunteers are responsible for helping dancers get into/out of costume, ensuring all costumes are returned to the rack, making sure dancers are ready when called to the stage, and supervising the dancers in the room.Runners- Runners ensure the dancers are all in the hallway several dances before getting called into the wings.
